Using this Site gives you the status of Customer and implies your acceptance, fully and without reservations, of all the provisions included in the General Conditions of Use as well as in the Privacy Policy, in force at each time you access the Site.

All information given by the Customer must be true. The Customer is obliged to update the information provided to Cherridamour whenever it undergoes any changes.
The Customer is expressly responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any losses caused to Cherridamour or third parties, with the information provided.
Cherridamour is the entity responsible for processing personal data, the purpose of which is the execution of this contract.
In the event of violation of these Terms and Conditions, Cherridamour reserves the right to take any and all legally prescribed action. Furthermore, Cherridamour reserves the right to discriminately terminate access to or use of the Site, with or without notification to the Customer.
The Customer is aware that the use of the Site may not be 100% secure, meaning that there is a possibility that the information sent/received may be intercepted by unauthorized parties, which cannot be attributed to Cherridamour.
Access to the website
The contractual proposal on the website is aimed only at people of legal age, with the Customer accepting that the Site can only be used by users of legal age with full contractual capacity and who can therefore be responsible for the commitments resulting from the purchase and sale.

Lists for unsolicited communications
Article 13-B law 41/2004
1 – Entities that promote the sending of communications for direct marketing purposes, namely through the use of automated calling and communication systems that do not depend on human intervention (automatic calling devices), fax or electronic mail devices, including SMS (short message services), EMS (enhanced message services) MMS (multimedia message services) and other types of similar applications, it is necessary to maintain, by itself or by bodies representing them, an updated list of people who have expressly and consent to receive this type of communications free of charge, as well as from customers who have not objected to their receipt under paragraph 3 of article 13-A.
2 – The Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs (DGC) is responsible for maintaining an updated nationwide list of legal entities that expressly object to receiving unsolicited communications for direct marketing purposes.
3 – No amount may be charged for inclusion in the lists referred to in the previous paragraphs.
4 – Insertion on the list referred to in paragraph 2 depends on completing an electronic form made available via the DGC website.
5 – Entities that promote the sending of communications for direct marketing purposes are obliged to consult the list, updated monthly by the DGC, which makes it available upon request.
Service providers
Cherridamour shares personal information with companies that provide services such as information services, extending credit, fulfilling customer orders, delivering products to you, managing and improving customer data, providing customer service, evaluating your interest in our products and services, and carry out customer searches or satisfaction surveys.
